A humble vision of Made By Legacy was to bring together different subcultures of vintage-classic community in Thailand, curating a social gathering which highlights the communal living, economic freedom and building stronger foundation for appreciation of classic-authentic craftsmanship. As such, the Made By Legacy collection aims to host an Americana flea market twice each year.

The first flea market took place over a weekend in December 22nd - 23rd of 2012 on the rooftop of a historic building "Sibunruang" on Silom Road, Bangkok. Overseeing the newly developed city of Bangkok, vintage enthusiasts, vendors and collectors gathered and exchanged their very same passion for classic Americana aesthetic. The impact of our first gathering on vintage culture in Thailand and surrounding region was beyond anyone's expectation. The exchanges of ideas, passion and knowledge built a stronger foundation for vendors, collectors and enthusiasts alike. It also led to other communities to create their own version of ‘pop-up' markets in Bangkok. We, the collective, take it as our responsibility to continue to nurture the vintage subculture in Thailand, therefore, we are curating a second installment of Made By Legacy flea market.

The Made By Legacy flea is taking place on the weekend of July 13th - 14th. A warehouse in Sukhumvit Soi 61, Bangkok will be converted into a classic New York flea for vintage, industrial menswear and lifestyle, bringing together the very best of vintage stores, traders and local craftsmen. The items for sales do not only cover vintage apparel but also a range of accessories, decorative items, potteries, watches, vinyl records and many antiques rarities.
