Thai All-Stars Surprise Man U
By: Talk Bangkok
The Thailand All-Stars upset Manchester United 1-0 over the weekend, giving new manager David Moyes an less-than-ideal start to his tenure as the headman, reports Goal.

While the game was sloppy on both sides, the Thai team were able to threaten the goal more consistently led by Teeratep Winothai, who scored the lone goal of the match in the 49th minute.

Manchester United star Wayne Rooney was absent from the team with a reported hamstring injury. Instead, the Red Devils were led by veterans Rio Ferdinand and Ryan Giggs along with young up and comers such as Adnan Januzaj.
